TV advert

Advert: Nike.com

The start of the advert makes the clip memorable because of its setting and because of the professional football players. The fact that theres music in  the background while the children are playing makes it more exciting to watch. the advert is also memorable because of its short clips as that makes the audience excited. The adverts shows big footballing stars such as Ronaldo and by Nike including Cristiano Ronaldo in their advert makes others want to watch it. i believe the aim of the advert was to
make footballing fans believe that any one can become a professional  player by purchasing there products. the target audience will be drawn to the advert because it shows that anyone can become who they want to become.

The advert aims at mainly teenagers because at the start of the advert there where teenagers playing football.however the advert also appeals to most sports fans as there was a variety of professional athletes that where included.

In the advert there is a variety of different colours from kits the players are wearing. however the main colour in the advert is a bright green from the football pitch the players are playing on.

The form of the Nike advert is an anti- realist advert as it tries to draw the viewer into watching the whole video. The advert is an anti-realist advert as it isn't a day to day behaviour because you dont see random teenagers changing into professional football players and changing the setting of the place they where in.

The video includes a style of humour to make the viewer enjoy the video this is shown when in the video when the teenage kid tried to change into a big footballing star (Iniesta) however he changed into a mail man.

The advert includes a variety of technical codes such as sound the music in the background makes the ad more intense. the music in the video gets louder and louder as the ad goes on, this causes viewers to be drawn to the clip. another use of style in the advert is editing, editing is used mostly in the advert. the first use of editing in the advert is shown when the kids change into professional football players.

The shot above shows cold colours, the blue colour from the shirt shows that the advert includes a clear cold colour. The advert has a variety of selling techniques to appeal to the target audience. on way is shown in the shot above, Nike have used celebrity endorsement to try to draw and to appeal to the audience. By including celebrity footballers helps Nike sell there product as others would think that they can become a pro footballer by wearing there products.by also including bid footballers in the advert this creates a memory for the product and for the public as they wont forget the advert.

The props in the video show what nike are advertising as all the kids at the start of the video are wearing an item of the product.I believe that the hidden message in this advert is that the if you don't buy any of Nike's product you wont be able to become a footballer or play with the likes of Ronaldo  and other professional footballers.

Controversial Videos :

Madonna- Feels like for a girl:

The artist Madonna is trying to send out a message in her music video and the message would be that she is saying that women have power and should be treated with respect by men. the video causes controversy as she (Madonna) uses violence to other men this also has a message which is that woman are more powerful than men in a variety of ways. at the start of the video the artist shows us a violent hand gesture as she pretends to have a gun and threatens to shoot at people however as the video keeps going she actually uses violence by using a taser to steal a mans money. this also s trying to say that women are smarter than men. Half way through the video the artist is trying to put out another message to the public and especially to female, the message is that females are braver than men this is shown when the artist purposefully crashes into the polices officers car and then she looks straight at him, Madonna is also trying to say that women shouldn't be afraid. The song is trying to say that men would "like" to know what its like being a girl. the video causes controversy as it includes violence and gender. Madonna is trying to say that no women should be treated in a bad way my men and that no women need a man in their lives. The music video has a variety of hidden messages however the main hidden message is that women and men are not completely different in the way they act. The music video and Madonna are trying to show to the public how women are treated and how it "feels" like to be a female. Although the video shows the violent and unlikeable side of the artist it also shows a side that is caring as she takes care of the old lady next to her in the car. music video lesson 13 september 2016

Music video purposes
1. Promotion of a particular song
2. Promotion of the artists album
3. Promotion of a particular artist
4. Promotion of and synergy with another media product
5. Increase income for the record company
6. Increasing the range of media an artist is active in

Fuse ODG ft Tiffany
The purpose of the music video is to mainly promote the song and to try to convince and persuade people to listen to it, by adding a dance helps the songs promotion as it will then be memorable to the public. The song also promotes the artist as viewers would want to listen other of his songs.

Michael Jackson- Thriller
The purpose of the music video is to promote the song however it also promotes the artist as the song 'thriller' comes with a dance move , the song will be memorable as it includes a dance move. The dance move links to the song as the artist 'Michael Jackson' is trying to scare the viewers and the lady in the music video. The increases the income for the record company as it includes  short film which also promotes the music video and the artist.

Eminem- The Real Slim Shady
The purpose of this song is to promote the artist and to say how big Eminem (the artists) is. the song also promote the artists album as he is trying to give out a message in the song which is that he is the biggest rapper at the moment. the song promotes the artist as he uses humour in the music video to stand out from other and different rappers.

Wiz Khalifa-see you again Ft Charlie Puth
the song promotes the film 'fast and furious 7' however the film promotes the song as well because at the end of fast and furious 7 the emotional song is played for the memory of a recently deceased actor 'Paul Walker'. By fast furious including a big names such as Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth is also a good promotion for the film as people would want to watch it knowing that the song will be included in the film. however many people would want to watch the film as it includes the actor Paul Walker. The big hit song is good for both artists as it promotes there music and it gives them popularity. the music video show clips of the big film which also promotes the movie.
